The young woman known only as Rogue has the power to absorb others' memories and talents through touch. Together they battle Magneto, the self-anointed Master of Magnetism, who dedicates his life to the advancement of Homo superior, even if he must bring about humanity's downfall to ensure the ascendance of mutantkind.
